END 2016 with a BANG!! so there are 58 days left... how does that make you feel? What has happened this year? What have been highs and lows? How have you grown?
WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR GOALS AND RESOLUTIONS?
did you reach some of them? did they change through the year? Have you thought about them since January? GUESS WHAT?!?!? There is still time, the year isn't over, you don't have to throw in the towel and say you will wait till January.
What goals do you want to reach in the next 58 days??? That is a set amount of time - NOT 12 months to forget - so what do you want to do? Here are some steps to help.. Want to lose that weight you've been talking about? or set healthy habits of quiet time and self care? You totally can't, don't wait till January saying "I will do it then" you can take care of you in a balanced way during the holidays - I believe in you!
1. Write down your resolution/ goal
2. Tell some
3. make a plan ( I am happy to help)
4. Get accountability
5. CRUSH IT!

*Week of thankfulness: November 14th - 5 days spending time giving thanks together and focusing our hearts on what is good
*Rebuilding our View of December: Feeding our bodies and preparing our Souls" Dec 1st
