I am loving my December together group, December can be a tough month with parties, and holidays and lack of routine, January can be a hard month where you take everything from the year that you didn't get to and try to cram it in a month - and then the roller coaster of ups and downs and determination and defeat can set in. NOT fun. How can you enter the new year with goals that move you forward and with SELF CARE? How can you buckle down and reach your goals? with FREEDOM? I want you to have the best year ever. To be who you are created to be. The new year is a good time, a tough time, and an important time to set the tone of our year. So to start 2017 I am using beachbody for my challenge group combined with goal setting videos and all grounded in prayer and videos of why caring for our bodies matter.

Beachbody covers all the bases and they do it with EXCELLENCE. Need a different workout for each day of the week? Covered. Need a full detailed, specific, no questions meal plan? Covered. How it works?
We schedule a free phone consultation to determine your goals and talk through your unique situation. I want this to work with your story. SO I want to talk with you and get to know YOU and how I can support you. Examples of questions I will ask: What type of exercise do you like/ not like? How much time do you have? What are you desiring to accomplish? How do you want to grow? What mental or physical limitations do you have? What's worked best for you in the past? How can I best serve you? What does exercise meal to you? After that, I will suggest a program that is tailored to your goals and that works for your story. Your commitment consists of purchasing a challenge pack, which will include your program, a 30 day supply of shakeology (more on that later), a 30 day free trail to Beachbody on Demand that has access to hundreds of workouts, a full meal plan. Your purchase secures your spot in the group and me as your coach. I become your coach for free.

What does me as your coach look like?
Me investing in you and walking with you in this journey. Me as your biggest cheerleader. I will stay with you as your coach for overstep of the way. If something works, great, when its time for a change I will figure it out with you. I will be with you for as long as you want me to be apart of your journey. However, it all starts with daily check ins on the Beachbody app during our time together.
What does an actual day look like for you?
-you do your workout, usually around 30 minutes
-you drink your shako logy EVERY day
-You follow your meal plan as closely as possible
-You log those things on the app for accountability and my ability to track your progress and walk with you
-You show up to support those who are working hard alongside you
-You tell me when something isn't going right or when something is going well
We are on this journey together and I want you to have a wonderful 2017. I want you to learn selfceare in 2017, to learn to love your body and learn freedom in health.
