Grief and Gratitude.

These words that we feel these days. We feel a lot of days in our lives. What might it be to pause and grieve. To give yourself permission to feel this? Permission. What might grief look like? loss of freedom? Loss of work? loss of a loved one? change of plans? loss of graduation or end of year? loss of contact? what is it to you? talk to God about it.

What is gratitude right now? How can you Praise God in the midst of your individual life and the world?

for a smile? a good meal? for people coming together? For good weather? a cup of coffee? it doesn’t have to be big

Lord Jesus, show us how these go together, give us space to be. Space to grieve and space to show gratitude. Help us know they are both necessary and both good. Grace to us, Chelsea
